How hours are counted
Operating sectors count 100% of the stick time. Deadheading (positioning in the same duty as a flight you operate, with no layover between) counts 100%. Positioning before or after a layover counts 50%.
Stick times come from the circular whose dates cover the sector, for your roster's fleet. Sectors without a stick time are estimated from the roster's flight time and marked “Estimate”.
